Gateway Goes for Guild, Preston

Entry providing 10 houses for a social housing competition in Preston, Lancashire. A rigorous design process lead to a solution that utilises the constraints of the site and draws on the neighbouring conservation area to integrate sustainability and contemporary architecture with affordability. Competition entered October 2009.
