West Midlands Regional Food Academy, Shropshire

The academy has been developed by the conversion of some of the original farm buildings on the campus to provide facilities for food studies courses, start up premise for food production businesses, a lecture theatre and academic offices and an exhibition hall. The development was part funded by Advantage West Midlands. The building achieves a BREEAM Very Good rating and was awarded Project of the Year in the 2010 Regional RICS Awards having also won in its Regeneration Category.
