Fieldhead Regeneration, Birstall

A joint venture project with Kirklees Community Association comprising 140 mixed tenure homes to be delivered over a 2 year period. Housing and environmental improvements are spread over five sites within an established estate and will act as a focus for the wider estate regeneration.
