Regeneration of Congleton Town Centre. The proposals include a new supermarket shell, with adjacent small scale retail units, a replacement outdoor market, new lock up market units to replace the existing indoor facility, a hotel and a town square, additional car parking, a centre management suite and shop-mobility base station.
