Dearne Community Theatre, Goldthorpe

On behalf of the Trustees of the Dearne Community and Miners Welfare Scheme the theatre was refurbished and developed with the aid of Arts Council England funding. Priorities included improved accessibility; refurbishment of back of house facilities and enlarged rehearsal areas; improved and re-organised bar and refreshment areas; renewed stage lighting and sound systems; new foyer and box office.
