New build project to provide 15 houses and 4 flats for social rent for Berneslai Homes. All properties are designed to meet ‘Lifetime Homes’ standards and ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ Level 4. Consideration for the site’s context and a contemporary architectural language provide a new face for social housing in the area.
