Spruce Court nears completion
Spruce Court, the first of the twin 23 storey residential blocks, is nearing completion. The communal areas are due to be handed over within the next month. The project team managed to deliver the project, working around the residents who remained on site during the construction period.
Refurbishment works to all nine tower blocks are under way and progressing as planned, with a number of these scheduled to be handed over later in 2016.
Director, Paul Chadwick, who has been leading the project, said "we are delighted with how this project is developing and the improvement that is has made to the lives of the residents and to the local area. The whole project team has worked tremendously hard to get to this point and we are looking forward to seeing the transformation that the overall scheme will have on Salford long term."
