Feasibility study for upgrading and rebranding of one guest room
floor to form self contained executive facility including dedicated

£11.5 million, 250 bedroom 2/3 Star hotel with conference and leisure

£8.75 million, conversion of office building into 4 Star 205 large
format bedroom hotel with conference facilities. Project completed.

Conversion of Grade II Listed warehouse into a 141 bedroom 4 Star
hotel. The project involves restoration of the stone facade and
fenestration, retention of principle internal walls and timber
floors, additional accommodation by formation of sub basement,
insertion of intermediate floors and two additional floors at roof
level. Approximate value £15 million. Project completed.

169 Bedroom, 4 Star hotel with conference and leisure facilities
