Bolton Lads & Girls Club: ){kind=small}
£3 million Sports Centre and Club on Town Centre site. Facilities
include 4 court sports hall, dance studio, fitness suite, boxing
gym, recreational sports area, wet base, cyber cafe, creche and
adminstrative facilities together with all weather 5-a-side
football pitch. Sport England Lottery Funded. Project completed.
Wilmslow Leisure Centre:
Additions to existing pool of multi-purpose sports hall, exhibition
squash faclity, minor dry sports rooms, dry changing, restaurant,
cafeteria and bar for Macclesfield Borough Council. Project completed.
Outdoor Sports Facilities, University of Huddersfield:
The first phase of the new campus at Kirkburton. Facilities included
2 full sized football pitches on a re-modelled steeply sloping site,
together with a secure floodlit multi-purpose all weather facility
as part of a student village development.
BAA Hotel, Stansted:
£11.5 million, 250 bedroom 2/3 Star hotel with conference facilities.
Leisure facilities included: leisure and exercise pools linked across
rock/waterfall feature with spa/junior pool; sauna and steam rooms
with impulse and bucket showers; wet change, dry change, solaria and
gymnasium. (Now Hilton National).
Oulton Hall, Rothwell, Leeds:
£13 million, 150 bedroom 4 Star hotel involving Georgian Mansion
restoration and new build. Leisure facilities included: leisure/exercise
pool with children's section and jacuzzi; steam room, sauna, wet
change, dry change, toilets; 2 squash courts, gymnasium; beauty
salon; twin table snooker room; reception, lounge bar, kitchen and
restaurant. Subsequent leisure club refurbishment and extension
carried out.
Honeywood, Cheshire:
Phase 1: Major regeneration of five bedroomed house. Completed.
Phase 2: New leisure wing of snooker room, heated indoor swimming
pool with spa/sauna/changing and kitchen facilities; detached 3
car garage and winter garden link to existing house.
Golf Clubs:
Oulton Hall Golf Club: Project completed.
Hazel Grove Golf Club: 3 projects completed.
Davenport Golf Club: First project completed, new masterplan on going.
Bramhall Golf Club: Project completed.
Macclesfield Golf Club: Design Proposals.
