Manchester Metropoliton University: 
Crewe Green Campus: Provision of 791 student en-suite bedrooms including 26 en-suite
accessible bedrooms to house mainly first year students. Also
comprising 4 two bedroom flats to house wardens together with a
reception, management and communal facilities.
Lancaster University: 
Provision of 4426 new build bed spaces over a five year programme,
both within the existing campus and as part of the new south west
campus. Accommodation includes single, double and twin bedrooms
with en-suite facilities and shared kitchens, self contained studio
accommodation and shared houses. Ancillary accommodation includes
Social Facilities and Support Services. Design, Build, Fund and
Operate contract. Approximate value £120m. Phase 1 completion
September 2003.
Huddersfield University: 
Storthes Hall: 1432 bed space student village, all with en-suite
facilities for new second campus together with facilities and administrative
buildings. Precast concrete structure
with prefabricated bathroom pods. Project completed.
Loughborough University of Technology:
Townside: Three four storey buildings of self contained student flats
grouped around a central courtyard, providing accommodation for 408
students in twin rooms with en-suite and associated facilities.
Project completed.
Harper Adams University College:
Three buildings of self contained student flats grouped around a central courtyard,
providing accommodation for 150 students with en-suite and associated facilities
including common room and laundry. Project involves Photovoltaic alternative energy
demonstration project and infrastructure for grey water recycling. Design and Build
contract. Due for completion September 2006.
Keele University:
The Hawthorns: New build student hall, 36 study bedrooms with self
catering facilities. Project completed.
Lindsay Hall and Horwood Hall: Refurbishment of bathroom and kitchens
in Lindsay Hall, originally built in 1964 and Horwood Hall, built between
1959 and 1978. The works incorporated the extension and refurbishment of a
terrace restaurant, pressurisation of Lindsay Hall internal stairs to comply
with Building Regulations, prefabricated shower and WC’s pods installed within
the existing rooms and modifications to the listed building Keele Hall entrance
nd reception area to provide disabled access.
Scarborough College:
Refurbishment, alteration and extensions to three existing boarding houses to
provide improved boarding accommodation and to change the facilities from Boys
and Girls houses to Junior, Intermediate and Sixth Form mixed houses.
Completed Summer 2005. A scheme has been prepared to planning stage for an
additional new build sixth form house to accommodate 38 students in private
study bedrooms, with associated staff accommodation and common facilities.
Due for completion Summer 2007.
Denstone College, Uttoxeter:
New-build 32 bed space Girls' boarding house.
Manchester Metropolitan University:
Montgomery House: Conversion of former YMCA building into student housing
providing accommodation for 236 students and 4 wardens with self catering
facilities. Project completed.
286 bedroom extension with ancillary facilities. Design stage completed.
Currently acting as building management agents.
University of Salford:
Trinity: Refurbishment and conversion of a tower block to provide
400 study bedrooms with ancillary facilities. Refurbishment of 200
flats in two further tower blocks for NCHA, one tower specifically
for rent by Salford University for flatted student accommodation.
