Successful start to 2019 as MHA secures place on 22 million pound framework

MHA Architects has been awarded a place on the Reallies framework. The framework, which has a four year duration, is valued at £22.7 million.

Reallies is a procurement partnership between Procure Plus, Efficiency North and the Central Housing Investment Consortium and provides a cost-effective and legally compliant way for social housing providers to access a wide range of consultancy expertise quickly and easily.  The framework has an estimated total value of £22.7 million over its four-year lifetime.

Chris Yorke, who led the bid on behalf of MHA Architects commented, “we are delighted to have been successful in our bid to provide both Architectural and Principal Designer services under this framework. This reinforces the strength of MHA’s expertise in the social housing sector and we are looking forward to working with Reallies and their customers over the next four years.”
