A second successful award for MHA onto Yorkshire Housing's framework

MHA Architects are celebrating a successful award onto Yorkshire Housing’s highly competitive 4 year Framework. MHA secured 1 of the 4 places for Architectural Consultants to support Yorkshire Housing’s Growth Strategy which aims to provide 600-800 new homes per year across multiple tenures. The development programme will involve the delivery of schemes across the whole Yorkshire region, in urban and rural areas. The framework looks to utilise modern methods of construction where possible, and looks for ways to implement Yorkshire Housing’s Roadmap to delivering Net Zero Carbon homes, aiming to build operationally net zero carbon carbon homes from 2026.

MHA Framework Partner, Paul Chadwick commented, “we are delighted that we have been awarded a place on the renewed framework. MHA have delivered many quality schemes for Yorkshire Housing during the previous framework and we value the relationship we have with the Yorkshire Housing team. We look forward to supporting them in their growth aspirations over the next 4 years.”
