Thirteen - a good number for MHA
MHA Architects are celebrating after successfully being appointed on all Lots of the £2m three-year approved panel for Thirteen Housing Group and Spirit Regeneration and Development Co LLP. The panel, (which was tendered via the Procurement Hub Consultants DPS), will deliver 8000 homes over the next 8 years through a mix of traditional build and modern methods of construction. MHA’s Framework Partner, Paul Chadwick said: “we are delighted to be working with Thirteen to support their growth plan. This appointment consolidates our position as a leading residential architect across the North of England and we look forward to working closely with Thirteen and adding value through our extensive experience of both traditional builds and MMC.”
