Yorkshire Housing selects MHA Architects for 5m framework
MHA Architects has been named, as one of the five successful consultants, for their four year framework. The framework is expected to be worth between £4.5m and £6.5m. It will be used to support Yorkshire Housing’s development programme target, including the delivery of 1,000 units per year providing homes for rent and sale.
The scope of work will include various roles on behalf of Yorkshire Housing in accordance with JCT Design and Build Contracts including partnering style contracts, purchase contracts covering site assessment and feasibility, masterplanning, site layout, planning advice, liaison with the Local Authorities and residents, property design, landscape architecture and roles in connection with new build and works to existing property.
